Unlike conventional travel, which often revolves around ticking off famous landmarks, experiential travel seeks to connect travelers with the essence of a place, its culture, and its people.

We welcome and serve people of all backgrounds and ages. Our itineraries are primarily designed for adults 22-35+ and may be customized to better suit your preferences/occasion. We utilize category tags to help you determine if the selected experience is a good fit based on the vibe, lodging and type of activities to expect.

We understand that every traveler is unique. You can tailor your Ready to Fly experience by removing specific items from the itineraries to better align with your preferences, interests, and budget. However, please note that we can only add or replace itinerary items in our Ready to Fly Packages when it's indicated in the sample itinerary. We care about accommodating our travelers the best we can though, so if you have something specific in mind, just ask and we'll determine the best way forward to ensure you have a positive travel experience.

Payment plans with TGV are designed to make your travel expenses more manageable. We accept all major debit and credit cards, as well as payments through Apple Pay. Here's how it works:
• Flexible Payment Split With Affirm: You have the choice to pay the entire amount upfront or opt for our payment plans options — Just choose to pay via Affirm. Click the link to learn more: https://www.affirm.com/how-it-works which displays our full payment terms and disclosure requirements
With this option, lookout for automated SMS notifications for when your next payment is due.
• Convenient Payments: Once your deposit is paid in full, you can make monthly or bi-weekly payments, or choose to pay a larger portion of your balance than what is due at any time. With these plans, we give you the flexibility to pay for your trip without compromising you bank account. We recommend paying your remaining balance at least 30 days before your departure.

Travelers are responsible for ensuring they possess all necessary travel and health documents before departure. The cost associated with acquiring these documents or meeting any health-related requirements are not included in the quoted trip cost. Each traveler is individually responsible for any cost not listed in the "Included" section of their destination itinerary. TGV cannot be held liable in cases where a traveler is denied entry to a country or transportation due to a lack of required documentation or non-compliance with their government's policies concerning the trip's destination(s).

If you have a specific destination in mind that we don't currently offer, we encourage you to get in touch with us. Start by telling us about your trip by filling out the Trip Request Form. Then, feel free to schedule a consultation so we can discuss more about it. Depending on our capacity in that period, we are willing to work with you to develop a custom travel itinerary tailored for your group or special occasion.

No, purchasing travel insurance is your responsibility. This includes insurance for any rental vehicles you purchase during your trip. We recommend purchasing full coverage to ensure that you are covered during the trip.
